# 發行框架

FUSD 由 Finchain Holdings Bermuda Limited 發行，Finchain Holdings Bermuda Limited 是一家獲得百慕達金融管理局（「BMA」）許可的數字資產發行商。 Finchain Holdings Bermuda Limited 是 FinChain Holdings (Cayman) Limited（「FinChain」）的全資子公司。

FUSD 將由一家在百慕達註冊並獲得許可的獨立帳戶公司（「SAC」）Finchain Holdings Bermuda Limited 發行。

Finchain Holdings Bermuda Limited 將在百慕達金融管理局（「BMA」）頒發的數字資產業務許可證下運營，該許可證允許其發行、出售或贖回虛擬貨幣、代幣或任何其他形式的數字資產。
