# Structuring

FUSD is issued by FinChain Bermuda Limited, a digital asset issuer licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority (“BMA”). FinChain Bermuda Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of FinChain Holdings (Cayman) Limited (“FinChain”).

FUSD will be issued by FinChain Bermuda Limited, a separate account company (“SAC”) registered and licensed in Bermuda.

FinChain Bermuda Limited will operate under a digital asset business license issued by the Bermuda Monetary Authority (“BMA”), which permits it to issue, sell, or redeem virtual currencies, tokens, or any other form of digital assets.
