# Subscription

You can subscribe to an Earn product using assets in your FinChain account or a linked digital wallet.

Before subscribing, please complete [ID Verification](/finchain-docs/en/verification/id-verification.md) and the required [Account Safety](/finchain-docs/en/safety/account-safety.md) settings. When using an external wallet, make sure the wallet address and blockchain network exactly match the information shown on the subscription page.

#### Select a Product

Go to **\[Earn - Products]**, expand the asset you want to use, select a flexible or fixed-term product, and click **\[Subscribe]**.

The product page displays estimated annualized yield, the term, and any eligibility labels. Make sure you meet the applicable requirements.

#### Select a Funding Method

You can select either of the following:

* \[Use My Assets]: Use the available balance in your FinChain account.
* \[Use Linked Wallet]: Use a linked and verified wallet listed under [Digital Wallets](/finchain-docs/en/accounts/wallets.md).

When subscribing with a linked wallet, follow the wallet instructions to authorize or complete the on-chain payment. Network fees and confirmation times depend on the selected blockchain network.

#### Enter Amount and Network

Enter the subscription amount and select the blockchain network for the asset. The page displays your available balance, the remaining subscription quota, and the minimum or maximum subscription amount.

When using a digital wallet, check the asset, wallet address, and network again. Selecting the wrong network or transferring an unsupported asset may result in assets not being credited or being permanently lost.

#### Check Yield and Rules

Based on the amount entered, the subscription page displays the estimated yield, estimated annualized yield, subscription fee, and product timeline.Expand \[Product Rules] and review:

* Interest accrual, maturity, settlement, and end dates;
* How yield is calculated and distributed;
* Maturity and early redemption rules;
* Whether Auto-Earn is available;
* Fees and other restrictions.

The estimated yield is calculated using the reference annualized yield rate shown on the page at that time. Actual yield may change and is subject to the final product settlement.

#### Turn On Auto-Earn (Optional)

If the product supports it, turn on **\[Auto-Earn]** before submitting the subscription. If this option is not shown, the product does not support Auto-Earn.

After subscribing, you can turn off Auto-Earn from the product details page under **\[Earn - My Holdings]**. Turning it off is irreversible. Once turned off, Auto-Earn cannot be turned back on for that holding.

#### Submit the Subscription and Complete the Security Check

After confirming the subscription amount, network, fees, and product rules, click **\[Subscribe]**. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your Security PIN and verification code.

#### View the Subscription Result

After the request is submitted, the page displays the subscribed asset, network, product term, estimated annualized yield, and estimated yield. Click **\[Details]** to track the subscription.

A subscription normally moves through **Submitted**, **Units Confirmed**, and **Completed**. For details, see Earn Orders.

### Cancel a Subscription

Before the units are confirmed, you can cancel the request if **\[Cancel Subscription]** is still available on the subscription details page. After cancellation, the funds will be returned through the original payment method. The actual refund time is shown in the order details.

Once the units have been confirmed, or if the cancellation button is no longer displayed, the subscription generally cannot be canceled. After the product becomes active, you can request redemption in accordance with the product rules.
