# Sub & Red Records

Under **\[Earn - My Holdings]**, click **\[Orders]** to view subscription, redemption, cancellation, and refund progress.

### Order Overview

The top of the page displays the number of subscriptions currently in progress and the number of matured products available for redemption. When a fixed-term product is approaching its maturity redemption date, the page may also display the nearest estimated redemption date.

The redemption reminder only indicates the maturity schedule of fixed-term products. It does not mean that other products are eligible for early redemption. Open the relevant product details to confirm.

### Subscription Status

A subscription normally moves through the following statuses:

1. **Submitted**

The subscription request has been submitted, and the funds are awaiting reconciliation and unit confirmation. The details page displays the order number, network, subscription amount, fees, and payment method.If \[Cancel Subscription] is still displayed, you can submit a cancellation request before the units are confirmed.

2. **Units Confirmed**

The subscribed units have been confirmed. The page displays the subscribed units, unit value, and subscription value. At this stage, the subscription generally cannot be canceled.

3. **Completed**

The product subscription has been completed. Go to [My Holdings](/finchain-docs/en/earn/my-holdings.md) to view the product timeline and yield.

### Cancellation and Refund

A canceled subscription normally moves through:

1. **Canceled**: The cancellation request has been submitted.
2. **Refunding**: The system is returning the funds through the original payment method.
3. **Refunded**: The refund is complete. The details page displays the refunded amount and the applicable transaction ID.

### Redemption Status

A redemption normally moves through the following statuses:

1. **Submitted**

The redemption request has been submitted. The details page displays the redemption amount, yield, bonus rewards, and receiving method.

2. **Units Confirmed**

The redeemed units have been confirmed. The system is settling and returning the assets.

3. **Redemption Completed**

The redemption has been completed. When \[My Assets] is selected, the corresponding assets appear in the FinChain account. When a digital wallet is selected, the details page may display the wallet address and on-chain transaction ID.

### Asset Records

When you subscribe using FinChain account assets, the corresponding debit is shown under **\[Assets - Records]**. After redemption or yield is credited, the corresponding credit also appears there.

Common Earn asset records include:

* Subscription debits and processing status;
* Credits for redeemed principal and yield;
* Credits for bonus rewards.

**\[Earn Orders]** shows the Earn order process, while **\[Assets - Records]** shows actual asset debits and credits. The two pages may update at different times.
