Redemption

Under [Earn - My Holdings], select a product and request redemption in accordance with its status and product rules.

Redemption times, amounts, fees, and receiving methods vary by product. Review the redemption page and product rules carefully before submitting your request.

Redeem a Flexible Product

Select a Flexible Product

Go to [Earn - My Holdings], open the details of the flexible product you want to redeem, and click [Redeem].

Enter the Redemption Amount

Enter the amount you want to redeem, or click [All] to request a full redemption. The page displays the currently redeemable amount and network.

Confirm the Receiving Information

Confirm the redemption amount, fees, estimated amount to receive, and receiving method, and then submit the request.

If you select an external digital wallet, make sure the address and blockchain network exactly match.

Complete the Security Check

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the required Account Safety checks, including your Security PIN, verification code, or any other required verification.

Redeem a Fixed-Term Product at Maturity

After a fixed-term product matures, the product details page displays its redeemable status and maturity yield. Click [Redeem Now], or the redemption option provided on the page, and then:

1. Check the amount held at maturity, base yield, and bonus rewards;

2. Choose whether to receive the redemption in your FinChain Assets or through another receiving method supported on the page;

3. Review the redemption fee and estimated amount to receive;

4. Submit the request and complete the Security Check.

The settlement and return time for maturity yield is based on the product timeline and redemption order details. If many requests are submitted at the same time, the system may process them in submission order.

Redeem a Fixed-Term Product Early

Some fixed-term products allow redemption before maturity. After clicking [Redeem Early] in the product details, the page displays the impact of early redemption, applicable fees, and the estimated amount to receive.

Early redemption may result in the loss of all base yield and bonus rewards generated by the holding. The actual treatment is subject to the product rules and the information displayed when you submit the request.

Before submitting an early redemption, compare the estimated result of [Redeem Now] with [Redeem at Maturity]. After confirming, complete the Security Check as instructed.

Redemption Receiving Methods

The page may offer the following receiving methods:

• [My Assets]: Return the assets to the corresponding balance in your FinChain account.

• [Digital Wallet]: Send the assets to a linked and verified wallet address.

Not every product or asset supports all receiving methods. A digital-wallet redemption may incur network fees and require blockchain confirmations.

Track the Redemption

After submitting a request, click [Details] or go to [Earn - My Holdings - Orders] to view its status.

A redemption normally moves through Submitted, Units Confirmed, and Completed. When completed, the related credit is also shown under [Assets - Records].
